Assoc. Prof. Dr. Gökhan SÜRÜCÜ
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Gökhan SÜRÜCÜ received his PhD, M.Sc and Bachelor’s degrees from Gazi University. He has been working as Assoc. Prof. Dr. at Ahi Evran University since 2014. He has been also a visiting Prof. at Middle East Technical University (METU) since 2016.
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Gökhan SÜRÜCÜ conducts theoretical and experimental research to investigate and identify the main physical properties of materials. He is interested in theoretical Condensed Matter Physics, Nanoscience, Solar cells, electronic and magnetic structure of solids, material properties from first principles. Recently, he is studying topological materials including Dirac/Weyl Semimetals.
Also, he has collaborations with national and international groups to reveal detailed properties of the materials in the collaborative studies. Current research projects and interests include:
